Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before your sourcing program begins.
Essential information about our role, product scope, sampling, MOQ, quality, certification, commercial terms and execution.
01What does R.N. Textiles do?
We are a textile sourcing and supply-chain coordination company based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We connect international buyers with suitable manufacturing capabilities and coordinate development, commercial follow-up, quality alignment and shipment readiness.
02Do you own manufacturing facilities?
R.N. Textiles operates as an independent sourcing partner rather than presenting one fixed manufacturing setup. This allows the sourcing route to be matched to the specific product, quantity, quality, finishing and compliance requirement.
03Which textile products can you source?
Our portfolio includes yarn, greige fabrics, finished fabrics, home and hospitality textiles, towels and bathrobes, garments and workwear, and selected technical or performance textile programs.
04Can you develop customized products?
Yes, subject to technical feasibility, available manufacturing capability, MOQ, approval route and commercial agreement. A clear specification or physical reference sample is the best starting point.
05Can samples or trial quantities be arranged?
Depending on the product, we can coordinate development samples, lab dips, strike-offs, trial runs, size sets or pre-production samples. Cost and lead time vary by program.
06What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is product-specific. It depends on yarn, construction, color, processing route, manufacturing setup, packaging and buyer approval requirements. We review each inquiry individually.
07What information should a buyer provide?
Please share product type, composition, construction, width or size, finish, quantity, intended application, packaging, target standards, delivery destination and required timeline.
08Can you arrange laboratory testing and inspection?
Yes. Laboratory testing and shipment inspection can be coordinated where required and agreed. The scope, method, laboratory, sampling plan and acceptance criteria should be defined for the project.
09Which certifications are available?
Certification pathways may include OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, GRS, Better Cotton, ISO 9001, SMETA, BSCI, ZDHC and related programs through qualified partner facilities. Availability must be verified by facility, product, certificate scope and current validity.
10How do you select suppliers?
We consider product capability, machinery, processing route, quality record, quantity, lead time, commercial suitability and required compliance. Selection is made for the specific program rather than only on price.
11How are prices quoted?
Prices are normally based on the confirmed specification, quantity, quality level, finishing, packaging, testing, certification, delivery terms and validity period. Changes in raw material or specification may require price review.
12Which Incoterms and currencies can be discussed?
Commercial terms are agreed for each transaction with the relevant manufacturing and export route. Buyers should state the preferred currency, Incoterm, destination and payment expectations in the inquiry.
13How do you manage production delays or quality issues?
We focus on early clarification, milestone follow-up, transparent communication and corrective-action coordination. No sourcing program is risk-free, but disciplined escalation and documented approvals reduce avoidable problems.
14How can we start working together?
Send your specification, expected quantity, destination, required standards and target delivery through the inquiry form, email or WhatsApp. We will review the requirement and respond with the next practical step.
